Data Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Yardi PM/Data Analyst for a Contract position with a client located in (Remote). Pay Range: $45 - $60/hour W2 Primary Responsibilities: • Light project management and analyst type tasks to support the technical implementation of a new screening solution. • Audit and update all “Apply Now” Calls to Action (CTAs) across a variety of channels including our website, Elise AI, Peek Tours, and other entry points to route to a new online Application Form. • Identify and update all deep links from third-party ILS partners (Apartments.com, Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.) that currently point to Rent Café. • Ensure all of the settings within our current Applicant Portal are adjusted, turned off, and coordinated to facilitate a smooth transition of going from the old application portal to a new one. (currently hosted by Yardi). • Thoroughly test that Findigs writes approved/rejection decisions back into Yardi accurately and timely to trigger standard downstream workflows. • Confirm pricing data pulls from Yardi and presents accurately and are compliant with pricing regulations. • Confirm application fees are processed accurately and applied in our ERP (Yardi) correctly. The ideal candidate would have experience with: • Yardi Site Manager administration and configuration • Multifamily or property management systems • Data mapping, conversion, and standardization • Website QA and API validation • Pricing data and calculator validation • Data auditing and testing • Production cutover support If you are interested in this Yardi PM/Data Analyst job in (Remote), then please click APPLY NOW.
