We are seeking a highly technical Business Execution Consultant 3 to join a critical Market & Counterparty Regulatory Reporting team within a leading banking organization. This role sits at the intersection of Risk, Data Engineering, Regulatory Reporting, and Process Automation.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SQL, Data Architecture, Microsoft Fabric, Process Automation, and Regulatory Reporting, along with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Market Risk and Counterparty Risk SMEs to analyze and improve regulatory reporting processes.
• Identify inefficiencies, reconciliation gaps, manual touchpoints, and opportunities for automation.
• Design scalable automation solutions and modernize legacy reporting infrastructure.
• Develop detailed business and technical requirements in Jira, including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with developers, risk teams, and technology stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support modernization initiatives involving Microsoft Fabric, scalable data platforms, and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Work with large-scale relational datasets, ETL pipelines, and risk aggregation frameworks.
• Enable reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI and Tableau.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including AI/GenAI solutions for operational efficiency and reporting optimization.
Required Skills:
• Expert-level SQL experience (complex queries, optimization, stored procedures).
• Strong experience with:
• Microsoft Fabric
• Data Architecture
• ETL & Data Pipelines
• Process Automation
• Jira Requirements Writing
• Experience translating business processes into technical automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience working with regulatory reporting, risk data, or banking environments preferred.
• Java / Spring Boot experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
