Data Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Data Analyst role is 12+ Months with a client located in Arden Hills, MN. Pay Range: $40-$50/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Key Responsibilities • Analyze customer complaints, events and other post marketing surveillance data by examining the data for patterns, trends and signals and investigating when necessary. • Interacts with internal customers and across business determine customer data or report requirements and translates them into reports for analysis. • Participates in product performance data projects by defining organizational needs and utilizing new or existing technology and tools to drive projects to completion • Collects and tracks data and provides analysis through ongoing reporting, ad hoc analysis and partnership to share insights and ensure understanding within the business. • Uses data to depict or highlight key organization trends. Collaborates with businesses to identify insights, trends and potential opportunities, interventions and solutions to demonstrate business value. • Develops and maintains analytical tools used by the business. Identifies and recommends opportunities to optimize system and reporting. May maintain relationships with data and software vendors. • Assists with the development and communication of the data analytics strategy and operating plan. Quality System Requirements In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures. Job Requirements Required Qualifications • BS degree • 3+ year of experience in data analytics, reporting, and problem solving within a technical field • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking & data analysis capabilities • Strong communication skills with experience explaining technical concepts to technical and business partners Preferred Qualification • Degree in Data Analysis, Mathematics, Statistics or similar quantitative field • Experience within Medical Device industry • Experience with Medical Device Quality data (e.g. complaints, product trending) • Experience in project/program initiatives to implement data tools • Experience with one or more of the following tools: PowerBI, SQL If you feel this is not something that you are currently interested in, but know of someone, that might be, please share the details with them or let me know their details so I can reach out to them!
