Role description

Rate: $50/hr on W2

Job Description
• Must Have:
Advanced SQL skills, strong experience with Tableau and or Power BI, strong data analytics capability with the ability to independently analyze and interpret data, and the ability to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders while demonstrating strong organization and time management skills.
• This role sits within WI Relationship Management and supports Workplace Investing. The consultant will build dashboards, automated reporting, and actionable insights for client facing associates. Responsibilities include translating business needs into measurable analytics solutions, partnering with data engineers and business analysts, identifying automation opportunities, and supporting initiatives that enhance customer experience. The candidate must be comfortable working in a multidisciplinary Agile environment, including collaboration with remote teams.
• Nice to Have:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in analytics, economics, statistics, or data science with consulting experience, 5 plus years of hands on analytics experience, experience delivering automated reporting solutions using SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx with working knowledge of Python and or R, knowledge of RPA tools such as Blue Prism, Power Apps, or Power Automate, experience within Retirement Services or Defined Contributions, strong understanding of data sourcing and lineage, and strong customer facing communication skills
