About the Role
We are seeking a Data Analyst II to support sales analytics and strategic planning initiatives. This role will focus on transforming raw data into actionable insights that help drive sales planning, go-to-market strategies, and operational performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide analytical support for annual sales planning, including quota planning, go-to-market modeling, and capacity optimization.
• Transform raw data into clear, business-ready insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Define and track sales performance metrics aligned with organizational goals.
• Monitor key business metrics such as discount trends, performance indicators, and exception tracking.
• Develop and maintain analytics dashboards and reports to support leadership visibility.
• Identify trends and recommend actionable improvements to business performance.
Required Skills
• 5–7 years of experience in analytics or data analysis roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Advanced experience with Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
• Experience building Tableau or Looker Studio dashboards.
• Experience with reporting and analytics platforms (Salesforce preferred).
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent work experience.
• Degree in Statistics, Analytics, or Finance preferred
