Data Analyst (Salesforce)

Job Summary Our client, a leading Life Sciences provider, is seeking a Data Analyst (Salesforce) to support a critical transition within their Data Strategy & Solutions organization. This position is remote. This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role. Core Responsibilities • Provide operational and analytical support for a global Salesforce environment while helping document, map, and validate data flows across multiple commercial systems • Combine Salesforce knowledge, solid SQL skills, and strong attention to detail to help ensure data quality, consistency, and accurate system integrations across the organization • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders supporting Commercial operations • Play a key role in maintaining continuity as the team navigates organizational and platform changes Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) • Experience working with Salesforce (SFDC) data and business processes • Working knowledge of SQL for querying, validating, and analyzing data • Data mapping • Data flow documentation • Business process documentation • Data validation and analysis Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) • Experience supporting Commercial, Sales, or Customer-facing business functions • Exposure to enterprise Salesforce environments • Experience working alongside business users and translating requirements into technical documentation • Ability and willingness to learn new systems and business processes quickly Key Competencies & Behaviors • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Work Environment • Location: St. Louis MO • Remote Compensation & Benefits • Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $95,000 and $110,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
