Job Summary:
The Data Analyst III will support analytics initiatives by extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data from centralized databases. This role focuses on developing reports, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering actionable insights to support business and compliance objectives. The position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Extract, aggregate, and analyze data from centralized databases using SQL, Excel, and analytics tools
β’ Design and generate standardized and ad hoc reports while performing rigorous quality validation
β’ Develop interactive dashboards and data analysis tools to support business decision-making
β’ Execute complex database queries to fulfill business and regulatory reporting requirements
β’ Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through cross-functional validation processes
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret data and provide actionable insights
β’ Support regulatory and compliance reporting including post-market and monitoring reports
β’ Drive continuous process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and reduce manual effort
β’ Educate stakeholders on data interpretation and reporting methodologies
β’ Manage multiple priorities and deliver reporting needs within defined timelines
Required Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
β’ Strong experience with SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting
β’ Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
β’ Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
β’ Ability to work with large datasets and perform data validation and quality checks
β’ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
β’ Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
β’ Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud or similar enterprise analytics tools
β’ Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry environments
β’ Knowledge of regulatory reporting and compliance frameworks
β’ Experience with Python for data analysis
