Data Analyst (AD3 Data / Financial Services) Location: Redhill, Surrey Working Model: Hybrid (1 day per week on-site – Wednesdays) £500-£550pd Outside IR35 SC Clearance is essential 1 Month Initial Contract Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join a Financial Services client within an AD3 Data environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing complex data sets, producing insightful reports, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the business. Key Responsibilities • Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities • Develop, maintain, and optimise data models and pipelines using Databricks • Design and deliver high-quality dashboards and reports using Power BI • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand data requirements • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data outputs • Support ongoing data initiatives within a Financial Services environment Required Skills & Experience • Proven experience in a Data Analyst role • Strong hands-on experience with Databricks • Advanced Power BI reporting and dashboard development skills • Experience working within Financial Services or a regulated environment • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Additional Information • Hybrid working arrangement with 1 day per week on-site in Redhill (Wednesdays)
