Job#: 3016429 Job Description: Supervision - Data Analyst Role Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support data governance, quality assurance, and documentation for our supervisory platforms and data migration initiatives. This role plays a critical part in advancing our data strategy and governance framework by delivering actionable insights, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting cross-functional collaboration across business and technology teams. The Data Analyst will contribute to enterprise-level data alignment, quality testing, and reporting that drive improved decision-making and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Data Documentation & Governance • Develop and maintain data flow diagrams (DFDs), data scope definitions, and data contracts for supervisory systems and migration projects. • Create and validate source-to-target mappings to align data architecture with enterprise standards. Data Quality & Testing • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for data mappings, transformations, and control models. • Design and execute comprehensive test plans and data quality checks to ensure system accuracy and reliability. Analysis & Reporting • Investigate and resolve data issues, risks, and reporting gaps in collaboration with the Product Owner. • Support implementation and enhancement of supervisory data models based on the product roadmap. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement • Coordinate with business and technology teams to align on data requirements and deliverables. • Contribute to business-as-usual (BAU) controls and system enhancements to drive ongoing improvements in data integrity. Qualifications – Required • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience • 3–5+ years of experience in data analysis, data quality/UAT, or data governance within a regulated or complex enterprise environment • Strong proficiency in SQL (SQL Server, Oracle) for data profiling and validation • Hands-on experience with data integration/ETL tools (Informatica, SSIS) and workflow automation (Alteryx) • Experience working with AWS, Snowflake, and data pipeline transformations • Familiarity with Python for data transformation and quality checks • Ability to develop and QA reports/dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools • Proven experience writing UAT scripts, executing test plans, and documenting defects • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across stakeholders Tools & Technologies • SQL Server, Oracle; Informatica, SSIS; Alteryx; Python; Snowflake; Tableau (or comparable BI tools). Qualifications – Preferred • Experience in supervision/compliance data domains or financial services settings. • Background with systems of record (SOR), Mantas, or similar surveillance/compliance platforms. • Knowledge of data governance frameworks and control model validation practices. • Familiarity with Jira or similar tools for defect tracking and UAT coordination.
