This project-based engagement focuses on improving agentic workflows that power advanced AI applications. The opportunity is fully remote and flexible, with engagements ranging from short-term to ongoing based on project needs.

You will design and validate realistic SQL-based workflows that reflect real-world data operations. Your expertise will help evaluate and improve how AI systems interact with databases and structured data tools.

Key Responsibilities
Workflow Creation & Validation
• Create realistic SQL-driven workflows based on practical, real-world use cases
• Design complex tasks involving joins, window functions, CTEs, and large dataset manipulation
• Reason through and document ideal solutions for each workflow
AI Model Evaluation
• Review and validate AI model tool-use capabilities related to SQL workflows
• Assess logical reasoning and execution accuracy
• Provide structured feedback to enhance model performance
Data Quality & Optimization
• Evaluate data integrity and implement validation checks
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements
• Apply query optimization best practices
Ideal Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or related quantitative fields
• Advanced SQL proficiency (window functions, CTEs, joins across large datasets, optimization techniques)
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar systems
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field preferred
