Data Analyst (Tera Data, Tableau AI Chatbot)

Technical Requirements: • Advanced SQL/Teradata • Tableau • Advanced PowerPoint/Think-Cell • Advanced Excel • Python/R/Data Modeling optional, but preferred Skill Requirements: • Promote a culture of excellence, meaningful data and reporting, data driven discussions, actionable insights, knowledge sharing and teamwork while maintaining an environment that is professionally aggressive. • Ensures all projects and data developed is value adding and provides actionable insights. • Ensure appropriate level of statistical significance in insights, help educate and hold stakeholders and team accountable in their design and interpretation of analyses. • Be a hands-on analytical business partner who enjoys rolling up their sleeves to solve complex business questions through data. • Formulates and tests hypotheses, weighs alternatives, and determines appropriate recommendations for actionable insights. • Demonstrate a commitment to the quality of data sets and reporting created by the team, ensuring they are repeatable and sustainable. • Possesses a balance of general business knowledge, ability to work with multi-million record relational databases, analytical acumen and presentation skills • Performs in depth research on root cause of data anomalies that are uncovered through normal course of analysis. • Designs new methods and best practices for analysis and presentation of comparative data, as well as for processes, forecasting, and planning. • Relentlessly motivated when working with large and complex datasets. Naturally receptive to direct feedback and constructive criticism. Thrives in collaborative team-oriented environment. • Takes a solution focused approach to roadblocks by ensuring possible solutions and paths forward (or around) are presented • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to listen to and understand customer requests • Task oriented, proactive in identifying and adapting to change while maintaining performance. • Solid time management skills and deliverables with high-quality work production that meets deadlines.
