Most of the team comes in on Thursdays, so please consider that an in-office requirement day. Retail Results: This team handles the reporting for 16 signatures and provides insights to other teams. Mechanical Parts/Support: • Set up slides • Help build out decks • Updates that need to be updated and input into Power BI • Filing support to drive reports to the right areas • SAP updates for door openings and closings Skills Needed: • Ability to navigate spreadsheets • Follow a formula • Identify areas working in PowerPoint • Basic experience in Power BI would be great • Some ad hoc reporting in Excel What You Will Do: Our ambition is to become the #1 BeautyTech company, meaning inventing the beauty of the future while becoming the company of the future. We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a 12 month duration focusing on a key project to transform our code creation process and technology. This role resides within the Data Center of Excellence group and the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of master data management principles, as well as a strong background in requirements gathering, solution design and data profiling. The successful candidate will have the ability to drive common understanding between business and technology stakeholders as we move through design, solutioning, testing and hypercare. Task include: • Project management support and documentation • Create design and Maintain Excel documents • Perform Data mapping • Perform Data validation • Business Analyst testing (Data Quality Assurance) What We Are Looking For: Required Qualifications: Must have • Master Data Acumen (taxonomy, data modeling, data governance, data literacy tools) • Data profiling skills: Advanced Excel • Requirements gathering skillset • Strong Communication skills (written & verbal) Nice to have o PBI Development and Integration skills o Change Management Experience o Beauty/Consumer Goods industry experience
