Job Summary
Join our client's team to professionalize and scale a high-visibility global influencer program. You will perform deep-dive social media vetting and risk analysis across platforms like TikTok and Instagram to ensure all talent partnerships align with premium brand standards. This early-career role is ideal for a digitally native professional with an obsessive eye for detail and a passion for the intersection of creator culture and brand protection.

Responsibilities 2. Governance & Compliance 3. Monitoring & Reporting 4. Continuous Improvement
• Sponsorship & Talent Management
• Support end-to-end workflow of influencer and sponsorship engagements
• Conduct talent vetting and social media profiling across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Evaluate influencer content, engagement, and brand alignment
• Assist in risk assessment and scorecard development for talent partnerships
• Document findings and maintain organized records of evaluations
• Review sponsorship and talent submissions for adherence to:
• Visa's Global Sponsorship Policy & Procedures
• Talent Procurement & Management Standards
• Identify potential brand or reputational risks (e.g., off-brand or controversial content)
• Provide go / no-go recommendations for influencer partnerships
• Leverage Visa tools to:
• Track influencer engagement and performance
• Monitor ongoing partnerships
• Support ongoing documentation and reporting of talent activity
• Assist with activation recaps and insights
• Help identify trends, learnings, and insights from influencer activations
• Support alignment between marketing strategy and operational execution
• Contribute to improving governance processes and best practices
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience (recent graduates encouraged)
Strong familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Ability to assess content for brand alignment and reputational risk
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Strong communication and documentation abilities
Interest in marketing, influencer strategy, or brand governance
Nice to Have
Experience with influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or social media analysis
Exposure to compliance, governance, or risk frameworks
Familiarity with analytics or social listening tools
