Role description
Role: Data Analyst Level 3
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 Months
Pay Rate: $45/hr on W2
Key Responsibilities
• Data Build. Extract, compile, and maintain the master external workforce dataset using security/badging, VMS, Contracts, and ERP/AP systems.
• Perform detailed worker-level data reconciliation across multiple systems.
• Validate required data fields per worker.
• Normalize and standardize supplier names, worker identities, and contract references.
• Maintain ongoing dataset updates, including delta comparisons as workforce changes occur.
• Analysis. Review and interpret contract documents (PDFs) to extract key commercial and workforce data fields.
• Support spend analysis by aligning POs and invoices to individual workers where feasible.
• Data Governance. Identify and flag data gaps, inconsistencies, and anomalies for escalation.
• Partner with Procurement, AP, IT, and business stakeholders to validate data accuracy.
• Communication. Present weekly progress, risks, and findings clearly to program lead.
Required Skills & Experience
• Strong data analysis and reconciliation skills across multiple systems.
• Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred), VMS platforms, and procurement data.
• Ability to interpret contracts and extract structured data from unstructured documents (PDFs/SOWs).
• Advanced Excel skills (data cleansing, matching, lookups, pivot tables).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets with high accuracy.
• Experience working in procurement, finance, or P2P environments preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
