Role Overview
We are seeking a senior-level Data Analyst to join our Clientβs Business Intelligence Analytics team, responsible for delivering high-impact insights across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate is a Power BI expert with strong experience in data validation, ETL processes, and Power Platform automation (Power Apps, Power Automate).
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, transforming validated data into meaningful dashboards, and streamlining manual reporting through automation.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Develop, optimize, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
β’ Perform data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting across multiple data platforms.
β’ Design, implement, and maintain ETL workflows for enterprise-scale datasets.
β’ Build automation solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency.
β’ Collaborate closely with senior management, engineers, and business users to align analytics outputs with strategic goals.
β’ Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and timeliness across all analytics deliverables.
Required Qualifications
β’ 10+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.
β’ 8+ years of expertise in Power BI dashboard design, data modeling, DAX, and performance optimization.
β’ 8+ years of experience in ETL processes, data validation, and multi-platform data integration.
β’ 5+ years (preferred) experience with Power Apps and Power Automate for workflow automation.
β’ Proficient in SQL, Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, or Synapse Analytics.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Preferred Skills
β’ Experience with large-scale enterprise data environments.
β’ Familiarity with data governance, version control, and agile reporting processes.
β’ Excellent collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
