NO H1B / NO C2C Job Title: Data Analyst 5 – Business & Systems Analytics (Power BI / Power Platform) Location: Hybrid – Puget Sound, WA (3 days onsite, Building 17) Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 40 hrs/week | No OT Start Date: ASAP Role Overview We are seeking a senior-level Data Analyst to join our Client’s Business Intelligence Analytics team, responsible for delivering high-impact insights across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate is a Power BI expert with strong experience in data validation, ETL processes, and Power Platform automation (Power Apps, Power Automate). This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, transforming validated data into meaningful dashboards, and streamlining manual reporting through automation. Key Responsibilities • Develop, optimize, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders. • Perform data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting across multiple data platforms. • Design, implement, and maintain ETL workflows for enterprise-scale datasets. • Build automation solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency. • Collaborate closely with senior management, engineers, and business users to align analytics outputs with strategic goals. • Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and timeliness across all analytics deliverables. Required Qualifications • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence. • 8+ years of expertise in Power BI dashboard design, data modeling, DAX, and performance optimization. • 8+ years of experience in ETL processes, data validation, and multi-platform data integration. • 5+ years (preferred) experience with Power Apps and Power Automate for workflow automation. • Proficient in SQL, Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, or Synapse Analytics. • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Preferred Skills • Experience with large-scale enterprise data environments. • Familiarity with data governance, version control, and agile reporting processes. • Excellent collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
