Role Overview
We are seeking a Data Operations Analyst to support our marketing teams in optimizing data collection, analytics, and reporting processes. This role will focus on managing data infrastructure across web analytics, media tracking, and marketing technology platforms, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights that improve business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders regarding data collection, web tagging, audits, QA, and technical support.
β’ Implement and manage Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, ensuring accurate tracking of events and conversions.
β’ Standardize and govern tagging frameworks to ensure consistency and data integrity across platforms.
β’ Develop documentation and QA processes for data capture in collaboration with martech teams.
β’ Support OneTrust implementation to ensure compliance with evolving data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Data Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
β’ 3+ years of front-end tagging experience (via code or tag management systems).
β’ Expertise in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and UTM tracking conventions.
β’ Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into business insights.
β’ Experience structuring and standardizing marketing data for reporting and analysis.
β’ Preferred: Exposure to server-side tagging, LiveRamp, Segment (CDP), Google Ads Suite, or The Trade Desk.
