Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Norwich (occasional travel)
Contract Length: 3 months
IR35 Status: Outside (TBC)
Rate: £350-400pd
Start Date: ASAP (maximum 2 weeks' notice)
Overview
Our client is supported by a busy Contact Center operation, and the business is looking to backfill a key analytics role. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a suite of reports focused on Contact Center data, primarily sourced from Genesys.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain and present a suite of Power BI reports for senior leadership and board-level reporting
• Ensure data accuracy and perform QA checks prior to report distribution
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights
Required Skills & Experience
• Strong proficiency in Power BI
• Experience in analysing Contact Center data
• Excellent attention to detail and data quality assurance skills
• Confident communicator with experience engaging senior leadership
• Engineering or technical background beneficial
