Role description

Contract Data Analyst required for a Global Transformation Programme, to drive data strategy and enhance data quality across the business, paying up to £550 / Day, Outside IR35

   • This will be a HYBRID role where you will be required to work face to face with stakeholders 3 days a week in Manchester. Therefore we are looking for someone who is based locally or will to stay away.

As Contract Data Analyst, you will be an integral and highly visible part of the programme team, driving forward the data agenda for this critical, large-scale IT transformation.

The Contract Data Analyst will need a strong technical background and proven experience managing data for complex IT implementations. You will be responsible for supporting the data strategy, governance, quality, and harmonization efforts. Key experience includes:

   • Supporting the development and implementation of data governance frameworks and data quality rules.

   • Contributing to data strategies and supporting the creation/maintenance of the data model.

   • Managing data requirements, quality, and delivery for crucial testing and training phases.

   • Experience in analysing data sets, identifying insights, and performing root cause analysis on data quality issues.

   • Experience of migrations to Salesforce and/or the Energy industry would be really useful (Not essential)

Tech stack includes: SQL, SQL Server, ETL, Azure, Data Warehousing, Salesforce, Dynamics, Python

Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to act as a liaison between the business and technical teams (including Data Engineering and Architecture) are essential.

Experience translating business processes into data requirements would be highly advantageous.
