Role description
Data Quality Analyst Location: London, Hybrid Contract: 6 months (Inside IR35) Rate: £400 - £500 per day Adecco is supporting a leading international bank on a major data-led transformation programme and is looking for a Data Quality Analyst to join the team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data across AML and Sanctions screening platforms, partnering with Data Governance, Financial Crime, Technology, and Risk teams to deliver effective data quality controls and regulatory compliance. What you’ll do • Design, build, and monitor Data Quality Rules within Collibra Data Quality (CDQ) for AML and Sanctions datasets • Define and implement controls for key data elements such as customer details and account data • Validate data ingestion for AML/Sanctions platforms to ensure compliance and accuracy • Investigate root causes of data quality issues and drive remediation plans • Maintain DQ metadata, issues, and reporting within Collibra and ServiceNow • Provide evidence of control effectiveness during regulatory reviews and audits • Create dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance and remediation progress • Contribute to Data Governance and Quality framework development What we’re looking for • Proven experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, or Data Management within financial services • Hands-on experience with Collibra Data Quality (CDQ), including rule design and monitoring • Strong knowledge of AML, Sanctions, and KYC processes • Proficiency in SQL for data validation and remediation • Familiarity with AML/Sanctions tools such as Actimize SAM or Fircosoft • Understanding of data lineage, metadata management, and key data element frameworks • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills • Desirable: Collibra certifications, ICA/ACAMS qualifications, and experience with Tableau or Power BI Why join • Be part of a rapidly growing Data Office driving governance and transformation across EMEA • Exposure to large-scale data projects and complex regulatory environments • Hybrid working model with flexible arrangements • Competitive day rate and extension potential • Inclusive, collaborative culture with strong professional development focus Apply via Haystack to learn more about this opportunity.
