We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, possesses deep technical expertise in SQL and Power BI, and has a "product-minded" approach to turning complex datasets into actionable business strategies. Key Responsibilities Data Architecture & ETL: Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and automated pipelines using SQL to ensure a "single source of truth." Reporting & Visualization: Build, manage, and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards that provide real-time visibility into KPIs across various departments (Sales, Ops, Product). Strategic Analysis: Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities, translating findings into clear narratives for leadership. Data Integrity: Audit and clean internal and external data sources to ensure high data quality and reliability. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to define key metrics and provide the data support necessary for rapid scaling. Qualifications Experience: 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a startup or high-growth consulting environment. SQL Mastery: Senior-level SQL skills (complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and query optimization). Power BI Power User: Advanced proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M). Experience managing Power BI Service/Workspaces is a plus. Business Acumen: Ability to understand the "why" behind the data and communicate technical insights to non-technical team members. Agility: A self-starter attitude with the ability to pivot quickly as business needs evolve. Must be able to pass a criminal background check as well as a drug test.
