The Role: Data Analyst Are you passionate about using your analytical skills to derive insights and drive business strategy and success? The Expertise and Skills You Bring β€’ 10+ years of experience generating analytical insights to drive strategic business initiatives related to customer acquisition & segmentation, product strategy and market sizing leveraging analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, etc. β€’ A cross-functional collaborator who can work across a team with diverse skills and abilities and find success for Fidelity and our customers, delivering insights from data to a broad audience in a simple, clear, and actionable way. β€’ Ability to use data to tell a story of customer experience, highlighting both successes and friction points to inform future initiatives and strategies. β€’ Natural intellectual curiosity, initiative, and love for learning new skills and capabilities. β€’ Experience in designing and developing dashboards & reports of customer-level data using Tableau, Power BI, Qlik etc. β€’ Experience with digital analytics, customer sentiment (structured or unstructured) or behavioral data a plus. β€’ Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative / technical field such as Data or Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or Finance. MBA or MS degree a plus The Team We are looking for an analytics professional to be a creative and collaborative team member, helping develop and lead data and hypothesis driven initiatives. As an indispensable member of Advanced Analytics & Customer Insights, you'll be embedded in Fidelity’s product teams and will work with an agile inter-disciplinary team with a diverse set of skills across analytics, engineering, data science, marketing, product development etc., to optimize and personalize the Fidelity experience. Candidates must be local as this position requires you to work onsite.
