Data Analyst

Data Analyst A leading professional services organisation in the technology sector is looking for a Data Analyst. This role focuses on understanding and documenting existing systems to support decommissioning activities across a large-scale programme. The successful candidate will analyse current solutions and develop a clear end-to-end picture of data flows. What you'll be doing • Documenting data flows, system dependencies, and underlying data models • Analysing solutions built using Java, Node JS, and React to map data movement • Investigating day-to-day system usage to clarify ownership and integration points • Using Python and PySpark to analyse data pipelines and confirm transformations • Capturing system information to support risk assessments and decommissioning decisions What we're looking for • Strong background in Java, Node JS, React, and JSON • Professional experience with RDS and Data Modelling • Proficiency in Python, Spark, and cloud environments such as AWS or Azure • Experience with testing frameworks like PyTest and data quality tools • Must have the right to work in the UK and hold active security clearance What's on offer • Remote working flexibility for the duration of the contract • Opportunity to work on a high-profile decommissioning programme • Inside IR35 contract via umbrella engagement • Long-term twelve-month initial assignment duration Apply via Hyra to be considered for this opportunity.
