Data Analyst

Overview We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Data Reporting Analyst who can immediately step in and take ownership of data extraction, reporting, and process optimization. This individual must be capable of working independently from day one, with no ramp-up period, and will play a critical role in stabilizing and scaling reporting processes across the organization. Key Responsibilities • Extract, manipulate, and analyze data directly from SAP systems • Write and maintain SAP scripts to support data retrieval and reporting workflows • Generate and maintain Excel-based reports using existing templates • Troubleshoot and correct reporting issues caused by variable changes in current models • Develop and implement scalable, automated reporting solutions that are not dependent on a single user • Streamline and standardize data processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and reliability • Design reporting frameworks that allow for dynamic variable inputs without breaking outputs Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence • Proven expertise in SAP data extraction and manipulation • Advanced proficiency in Visual Basic (VBA) – required • Strong experience building and maintaining Excel macros and automated reporting tools • Demonstrated ability to create stable, scalable reporting systems • Ability to quickly understand existing reporting structures and improve them Additional Requirements • Must be able to operate independently with minimal to no training • Comfortable taking and passing a technical assessment as part of the interview process • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and automation
