This Data Analyst / BI position centers on analyzing and optimizing marketing performance through data. The role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing marketing attribution dashboards, ensuring all marketing channels are accurately measured, and providing actionable insights that guide strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and enhance the Marketing Attribution dashboard to ensure data accuracy, usability, and timely updates.
• Develop a centralized attribution system to consolidate multi-channel marketing data as new Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) models are implemented.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, analytics, and business teams) to align on attribution methodologies and ensure data insights are trusted and actionable.
• Provide data-driven insights to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing spend.
• Ensure all marketing and BI systems are integrated and consistent for performance reporting.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Marketing Analytics, or a related field (certifications preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in data analysis, BI reporting, or marketing analytics.
• Strong understanding of marketing attribution models (e.g., multi-touch, first/last click, data-driven).
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and working with large datasets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge business and technical teams.
