Role & Responsibilities • Analyze project data related to location, scope, and execution plans to identify dependencies, risks, and cost-saving opportunities. • Support the prioritization of work activities to optimize project efficiency and resource allocation • Develop and evaluate project scenarios to assist leadership in strategic decision-making • Collaborate with the PMO team to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management. • Monitor project performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies. • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. • Assist in planning and forecasting activities to support project execution and portfolio management. • Ensure accuracy and consistency of project data used for analysis and reporting. Qualifications / Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in business related field, or equivalent experience • 1-3 years relevant experience • Excel, Microsoft, and PowerPoint Expertise. (Microsoft Excel utilization of pivot tables, v look up, algorithms, and excel other functions). • SAP and PowerBi experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are paired with the ability to develop creative and effective solutions. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels of the organization. • Deep understanding of statistical and predictive modeling concepts, clustering and classification techniques, and recommendation and optimization algorithms. • Experience working with a large volume of data with the ability to solve problems. • Knowledge of the electric distribution systems is a plus. • Strong communication skills.
