Title: Technical Data Analyst (10+ Years Experience) Location: New York City, NY 10279 Work Type: Onsite – All five working days Hours: 35 hours/week Job Description The Technical Data Analyst will support the analysis, cleansing, and conversion of legacy data into a new pension administration system. This position requires strong analytical skills, structured documentation expertise, and the ability to support reporting and issue tracking through JIRA and project dashboards. What You’ll Do • Analyze legacy data structures and document requirements and mappings • Support cleansing activities by identifying anomalies and inconsistencies • Prepare agendas, objectives, and materials for stakeholder meetings • Track and log meeting outcomes, issues, and data anomalies in JIRA • Assist in bi-weekly reporting and contribute to dashboards and metrics • Provide reconciliation and validation documentation to support audits • Collaborate with system integrators, consultants, and business stakeholders What You’ll Bring • 10+ years of technical data analysis experience • Prior experience working with government agencies on data management, analysis, or migration initiatives • Expertise with Oracle 19c and SQL • Oracle Data Migration–related certification • Proven ability to deliver structured reports and documentation • Familiarity with JIRA or other project tracking tools • Strong collaboration and communication skills Bonus Points For • Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate • Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) • Certified Data Analyst (CDMP – Practitioner) • Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate • Experience preparing deliverables for independent verification reviews • Prior experience with payroll and HR integration 📍 Location: New York City, NY 🏢 Onsite: 5 days/week Interested or know someone who fits?
