Role description
Role Title: Data Analytics / AI Specialist
Location: El Segundo, CA 90245 Onsite
Duration: Contract
Must have an Active Secret Clearance.
Required Skills:
5+ years of relevant experience in analytics, data visualization, and data science (e.g., algorithm development, data analysis, NLP, etc.)
Demonstrated knowledge of advanced data analytics, data visualization and business intelligence principles, and relevant tools (e.g., R, Python Tableau, PowerBI)
Demonstrated experience leading the development of advanced analytics products and applying data visualziation and statistical progrmaming tools to enterprise data in order to enable key mission outcomes
Demonstrated experience applying AI/ML solutions to real-world problems, including developing Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for rapid prototyping and deployment.
Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and frameworks, with the ability to select and implement appropriate models for diverse use cases.
Preferred Skills:
HIGHLY preferred to have Palantir experience
Master's or other advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
Familiarity with the Department of Defense (DoD) AI landscape, including relevant policies, ethical considerations, and security requirements for AI adoption.
Experience managing the lifecycle of AI solutions, including evaluation, integration, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement within complex organizational environments.
Ability to assess and recommend AI technologies, platforms, and tools to meet mission objectives and ensure compliance with DoD standards.
Excellent analytical skills with extensive experience in analyzing data and providing strategic recommendations.
Proficiency in advanced data analytics tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Experience with data engineering processes, including ETL, data integration, and data pipeline development.
