Role description

We are seeking a Data Analytics Analyst to aggregate and analyze data across the organization, including creating, transforming, and publishing recurring and ad hoc reports. This individual contributor will play a critical role in supporting Strategy and Operations by translating data into actionable insights and executive-ready presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Access, review, and generate reports from systems including Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau.
• Assist with development and maintenance of dashboards to visualize data and trends.
• Utilize SQL and Databricks to extract and analyze data effectively.
• Analyze volume shifts and trends, proactively reporting on drivers.
• Create presentations and storytelling materials that summarize volumes, trends, and insights for leadership.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance analysis and reporting impact.
• Engage cross-departmentally with stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Revenue Assurance, Marketing, Product, IT) to uncover opportunities for process or system improvements.
• Provide operational metrics and data support for process improvement initiatives and business cases aimed at reducing escalations.
• Analyze complex policies and processes and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
• 4–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or operations analytics.
• BS in Business Administration, Economics, Math, Data Science, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong skills in SQL, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), Salesforce reporting, and dashboard creation.
• Excellent data storytelling and executive communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
