Role description
1. Enterprise Analytics and Support: Support the development of a Network Optimization Model (NOM) that accounts for and informs global positioning for government-owned stock based on cost, storage capability, and workload. 1. Analytics and Enterprise Data Synthesis i.     Extract, compile, and synthesize data inputs to support the development of the NOM, including, but not limited to, data from WU surveys, WMS, EBS, and other enterprise systems. 1. Provide NOM Support: Support development and use of the NOM capability to inform global positioning for government-owned stock based on cost, storage capability, workload, and resilience considerations. The Contractor provides, data preparation and data visualizations. In support of this effort, the Contractor shall: i.     Data Preparation, Architecture Documentation, and Ingestion Support 1. Support documentation of model inputs and data structures required to execute the three (3) scenario categories, including data definitions, field-level mapping, and assumptions documentation. 1. Support methodologies to cleanse and prepare Government-provided data for NOM ingestion, including transformation logic and quality checks aligned to Government direction. 1. Support methodologies to incorporate business rules, constraints, and parameters into NOM-ready formats (e.g., rule tables, constraint definitions, parameter sets), as directed. ii.     Data Visualization Support 1. Develop data analytics and visualization products that enable government stakeholders to interpret NOM scenarios and outputs (e.g., scenario comparisons, cost/workload/resilience impacts, tradeoffs, sensitivities), aligned to Government direction.
