Data Analytics Analyst – Private Credit / Equity

Job Title: Data Analytics Analyst – Private Credit / Equity Location: Fully Remote (East Coast candidates preferred – must be able to work EST hours) Duration: 12-Month Contract Pay Rate: Up to $56/hr W2 We are seeking a Data Analytics Analyst to support strategic initiatives within the Private Credit & Equity business. This role will focus on process improvement, workflow optimization, data analytics, technology enablement, and AI integration. The ideal candidate has experience managing cross-functional projects within financial services and is comfortable working with business, operations, and technology teams. Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, project management, business operations, strategic initiatives, or process optimization. • Background in private equity, private credit, investment banking, financial services, or management consulting. • Experience managing cross-functional projects and driving process improvements. • Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets and operational reporting. • Experience with DealCloud CRM preferred; exposure to eFront, Cobalt, or AI Agent builds is a plus. • Knowledge of workflow automation and AI-enabled tools is highly desirable. • Understanding of private markets and investment lifecycle processes, including deal sourcing, due diligence, portfolio management, fundraising, and investor reporting. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across business, operations, and technology teams.
