Job Role : Data Analytical Engineer/Data Architect
Location : Remote
Job Type : Contract/ Full Time

The ideal candidate will possess a strong product mindset, a deep understanding of data, and the ability to drive business needs and outcomes. Strong data resource with good understanding of Epic & Clarity data models.
Responsibilities: -
• Strong understanding of Population Health Data Analytics and Architecture with Epic experience (Caboodle primarily)
• Experience in Epic Caboodle Received Claims data model
• Understanding of Patient Care, HEDIS, Engagement, Care Coordination, Value based care, risk sharing models.
• Experience in efficient data model design.
• SQL query development
• Expert in SQL database management, SSIS Package
• Experience in data cleansing, ETL toolsets (SSIS, Matillion etc)
• Familiarity/experience with Data Governance principles.
• Expert in Data Modelling, Power Query, Power Pivot and DAX for report development
Educational Qualifications: -
• Relevant bachelors or Master's Degree.
Preferred Skills: -
• Experience or Familiarity with EPIC EMR
• Population Health Data Analytics/Architecture. (MUST HAVE)
• Epic experience primarily Caboodle. (MUST HAVE)
• Experience or familiarity with Arcadia analytics platform for Population health. (DESIRED)
• Data analytics - SQL, Power BI reporting. (Fair understanding/average experience is okay. Extensive experience is not a requirement.)
