Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Analytics Bootcamp Instructor to join our dedicated team for our March EST cohort. As an Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and instructing learners through our comprehensive bootcamp curriculum. You will facilitate engaging and interactive sessions, review lessons, lead workshops, and inspire participants to thrive in their data analytics journey. Responsibilities: Conduct engaging and interactive classes on Mondays and Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST. Conduct an office hours session each Wednesday from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST. This cohort starts on 3/23/25, and will run until 7/2/26. Pay for this cohort is $8,000, paid $2000 monthly. Review and facilitate live lectures on Mondays and Thursday's, helping learners reinforce their understanding of the curriculum. Grade learner's weekly workshop submissions using SpeedGrader, through Canvas our Learning Management System. Lead collaborative and hands-on style exercises and demonstrations, guiding learners through real-world data projects, practice problems, and analysis challenges. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. Provide personalized feedback and guidance to learners on their data projects, analysis techniques, and assignments. Stay up-to-date with the latest data analytics tools, techniques, and technologies to deliver high-quality instruction. Instruct and support learners in their career development, helping them prepare for success in the data analytics field. To be clear, you are NOT responsible for connecting learners to jobs, utilizing your professional networks, or providing leads for which you do not feel comfortable. Our learners succeed because they are prepared, aware, and realistic. This is not a β€œpay to play” situation. We have an amazing career services team and welcome your input to improve our process! Qualifications: Proven experience in data analytics (4-5 years minimum), with a strong portfolio showcasing data analysis projects. Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Python, SQL, Excel, Tableau, Pandas and more. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts in a clear and accessible manner. Knowledge of data analysis methodologies, statistical techniques, and data visualization best practices. Ability to create an engaging and motivating learning environment that promotes active participation and collaboration. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. A passion for education, a growth mindset, and a commitment to empowering learners. Ideally, experience teaching data analytics in a bootcamp environment or delivering beginner-focused instruction in a similar accelerated learning setting.
