Data & Analytics Consultant (W2 Contract)

Job Description Contract type: W2 Contract length: 3 months Start date: Immediately We are seeking a hands-on Data & Analytics Consultant to join its analytics team for an immediate project need. This individual will support ongoing initiatives by developing dashboards, building datasets, and delivering actionable insights across business stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and data visualizations to track KPIs • and operational performance. • Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL and Alteryx workflows. • Collaborate with existing team members to understand data needs and translate • business questions into analytical outputs. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across multiple data sources. • Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders in a clear, concise • format. Required Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of experience in data analytics or BI consulting roles. • Strong hands-on experience with Tableau (dashboard design, data blending, • calculations). • Proficiency with SQL for querying and optimizing large datasets. • Experience with Alteryx for data preparation and workflow automation. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate insights to • non-technical audiences. • Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-based environment. Nice to Have: • Exposure to automotive, marketing, or operations analytics. • Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams.
