Responsibilities • Lead the design and implementation of data solutions using Power BI and Amazon QuickSight. • Collaborate with agile teams to develop data processing frameworks and detailed reporting systems. • Drive the development of analytics tools tailored to meet client needs and boost product evolution. • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of data-driven products globally. Skills • Proven expertise in data and business intelligence development with at least two years of hands-on experience. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including developing custom measures and creating visualizations. • Experience working with Amazon QuickSight and AWS data solutions. • Effective collaboration skills within an agile development setting, showcasing team spirit. Preferred Skills • Background in healthcare data analysis, particularly with claims and clinical documentation. • Familiarity with FHIR and HL7/X12 data formats. • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset to tackle project challenges.
