Location: Irving, TX or Mossville, IL
Duration: 12-Month
Contract: W2 Only

We are looking for a Product Service Engineer with strong data analytics and manufacturing engineering experience to support New Product Introduction (NPI), cost reduction initiatives, and executive reporting. This role requires advanced Excel, Power BI, and engineering analysis skills to drive operational improvements and product readiness.
Required Qualifications:
• Master's Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or related technical field.
• 2+ years of Manufacturing, Product, Industrial, or Cost Engineering experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and dashboards.
• Hands-on experience developing Power BI dashboards.
• Experience supporting NPI, manufacturing readiness, or engineering projects.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical prints.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Cost reduction initiatives.
• Project Leadership.
• Procurement or Supply Chain Analytics.
• Lean Manufacturing.
