Data Analytics Engineer

We are actively seeking an experienced Data Analytics Engineer to join a dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who combines strong data engineering capabilities with business analytics expertise to deliver scalable data solutions and actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and data requirements ✔ Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL processes and data pipelines ✔ Transform complex datasets into meaningful business insights and recommendations ✔ Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations ✔ Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across platforms ✔ Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities ✔ Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and business teams on strategic initiatives Required Qualifications: ✔ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, or a related field ✔ 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Analytics ✔ Strong expertise in SQL and analytics tools ✔ Hands-on experience with Snowflake and data warehousing solutions ✔ Proven experience in Financial Services and Wealth Management domains ✔ Strong understanding of stock plans, financial data, cryptocurrency, and related business processes ✔ Solid knowledge of data modeling, architecture, and governance principles ✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills: ✔ Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP ✔ Familiarity with Dataiku or similar analytics platforms ✔ Prior experience supporting Wealth Management teams If you are interested or know someone who would be a great fit, please share your resume or connect with me directly.
