Data & Analytics Manager LOCAL TO SEATTLE (Contract to Hire)

Must be Local to the Seattle, WA Area Onsite 4 Days per week Contract to Hire Candidates Only Responsibilities Base Salary, Bonus & Full Benefits when perm • Oversee a team in generating and compiling database reports, analyzing data for accuracy/inaccuracies • Coordinate the creation of reports as requested by various departments across the organization • Plan and assist with setting up dashboarding tools (Tableau/PowerBI, etc) • Assist team with categorizing and prioritizing reports • Lead, manage, support and empower the Data and Analytics staff Education Bachelor’s degree in computer information science, management, healthcare administration, or a healthcare-related field, or relevant experience required. Experience • Minimum three to five years of experience in using SQL to query complex relational databases and validate reporting results required. At least 3 years experience with an enterprise health record application, specifically Epic. Epic Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle certifications a plus • Proficient in Epic data tables used by data Developers and Analysts to provide solutions using Epic Cogito data model, Epic Caboodle data model, Epic Clarity data model, Epic Clinical and Financial data model • With strong written and verbal communication skills, leadership and mentorship skills as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, the Data and Analytics Manager works in a team environment and possess the ability to meet deadlines • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc) Our Team: Divurgent is a solutions provider focused on what matters most to our client partners.
