Apply via Dice today! • 12+ Months Contract Location: San Antonio, TX - Onsite W2 candidates only Job Description: Requested Qualifications: • Bachelor s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science).This is not necessary. Bachelors required in any field. • 5+ years in BI reporting and dashboard development. • Advanced skills in: • Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Visio, VBA) • SQL (T-SQL, stored procedures) • Power BI (DAX, M queries, dashboard design) • SSIS, SSRS, Power Apps • Strong organizational, time management, and independent work capabilities. • Experience with large data sets and data integration. Financial exp is not necessary Building an app for new initiatives etc. Speed up internal in case the roadmaps, working on the clients initiatives Understand SQL and VBA and able to understand the code. 5 days a week onsite in San Antonio. Data Analytics/Data Engineering Role Overview: • Deliver advanced analytics and business intelligence for Payment Services operations. • Design, implement, and maintain dashboards and data pipelines. • Provide actionable insights through data mining and statistical analysis. Key Activities / Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain operational, executive, and control dashboards. • Monitor and report KPIs across various timeframes (daily to yearly). • Perform ad-hoc data analysis and streamline reporting processes. • Create visualizations to support decision-making across departments. • Build tools (forms, templates, macros) to capture operational data. • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into reporting solutions. • Communicate complex data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Integrate data from multiple sources using Power BI and related tools.
