Job Title: Data Architect / Migration Lead
Responsibilities:
• Conduct data profiling, mapping, and cleansing for all legacy sources.
• Define migration strategy, validation procedures, and reconciliation checks.
• Design target data models and integration schemas.
• Collaborate with DevOps and QA for migration testing and performance tuning.
• Support ETL automation, reporting, and analytics enablement.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Engineering.
• 8+ years in data architecture and migration projects.
• Strong SQL, ETL, data modeling, and metadata management experience.
• Experience with legacy-to-cloud migrations (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with State or Federal data security policies (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP).
Note: For H-1B and OPT cases, we are seeking candidates from recognised organizations.
