Data Architect/Analytics Engineer | Power BI | Reporting & Analytics | Hybrid | 6 Months Rolling
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Analytics Engineer to establish and lead a scalable business reporting and analytics capability within a growing organisation. This role will play a key part in transforming fragmented, reactive reporting into a modern, automated business intelligence function, enabling senior leadership to make data-driven decisions through accurate, timely insights.
You'll work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance and senior leadership to define the KPIs the business needs to measure success, understand what data should be captured, how frequently it should be reported, and ensure the underlying data is accurate, governed and fit for purpose. Using Power BI, you'll design and deliver executive dashboards that provide visibility across pipeline performance, operational efficiency, ROI and wider business performance.
As the Analytics Engineer, you'll own the reporting framework from requirements gathering through to delivery, improving data quality, automating reporting processes and establishing scalable reporting standards that can evolve alongside the business.

π οΈ Proven experience delivering Business Intelligence or Analytics solutions using Power BI is essential. You'll have strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to gather and challenge business requirements, define meaningful KPI.
You'll work alongside senior business stakeholders and technical teams to create a reporting capability that provides trusted, actionable insights across sales, operations and executive leadership, enabling better decision-making through high-quality data and automated business intelligence.
