• Data Analyst and Business Intelligence Associate • Omaha, NE • Duration: 12 Months • Pay Range:$55.00/Hr - $56.80/Hr “Please note that the pay rate will range from 82% - 100% based on your location" • Candidate must be able to: • Understand the dataset structure from screenshots • Group, filter, and query the data • Interview will be conducted via CoderPad • Manager will provide custom-built business questions • Candidate should: • Write queries from scratch • Explain their problem-solving approach • Focus on SQL syntax, logic, and reasoning, not just final answers Core Responsibilities (What the candidate must demonstrate) • Analyze datasets from a business perspective • Translate business questions into: • SQL queries • Logical steps and assumptions • Clearly explain how they would approach the problem • Optimize queries when applicable • Handle incomplete or ambiguous data logically Primary Skill – SQL (60%) • Writing complex SQL queries from scratch • GROUP BY, HAVING, joins, subqueries, window functions • Aggregations and filtering • Interpreting data relationships from limited information (screenshots) Secondary Skill – Power BI (30%) • Creating reports and dashboards • Translating SQL outputs into visuals Data integration Tool-SSIS or any other tool is fine. We can share SQL developer with Power BI exp.
