Data Business Analyst – BFSI (Core Banking)

Job Description: Key Requirements • 8–10+ years of IT experience with 4+ years as a Business/Data Business Analyst in the Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) domain. • Strong experience with Core Banking platforms such as Fiserv (DNA, Premier, Signature preferred), Finacle, Temenos, Oracle FLEXCUBE, FIS, and similar. • Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, data mapping, Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM), data profiling, and data quality. • Strong SQL skills with experience supporting Data Warehouse, ETL, Analytics, or AI/Data Transformation initiatives. • Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. • Good understanding of Retail/Commercial Banking, Lending, Deposits, Payments, Risk, AML, and Regulatory Reporting. • Experience with UAT, Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps, user stories, and stakeholder management. • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
