Role description
Business Data Analyst c£550 (Inside IR35 and via an umbrella) 3 Months initial contract 3 days a week onsite. As part of an IGA transformation, a significant challenge has been identified around data quality across HR, identity, and directory platforms. Data feeding into the identity governance platform is inconsistent and poorly structured, which impacts access provisioning, role assignment, and downstream systems such as Active Directory. Skills & Experience Required: • Strong previous experience as a Business/Data Analyst within complex enterprise environments • Experience working on data quality, data remediation, Data Cleansing, or data governance initiatives • Ability to translate data issues into actionable business requirements • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business and ops teams • Experience working across multiple systems and data sources • Ability to facilitate remediation activity across different business units • Previously worked within identity, access management, or directory environments • Understanding of Active Directory or similar identity systems • Experience working with HR data or workforce systems Reasonable Adjustments: Respect and equality are core values to us.
