Data Business Analyst – Private Equity A leading private equity investment organisation is looking to hire an experienced Interim Data Business Analyst to support the development and improvement of its data capabilities. This is a highly business-facing role, working across Investment, Finance, Operations, Technology and Data to understand business needs, translate them into clear data requirements and help deliver practical data solutions. What we're looking for: • Proven experience as a Data Business Analyst / Data BA / Business Analyst – Data • Essential: experience within private equity, asset management, investment management or financial services • Strong understanding of business processes, data and investment operations • Strong SQL skills with the ability to independently interrogate and analyse data • Experience translating business requirements into data specifications, user stories and business rules • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to bridge business and technical teams • Experience across data transformation, data quality, data mapping and/or data platforms Particularly valuable: • Investran experience • Private equity fund, investment or portfolio data • Fund accounting, investor data or investment operations • Data warehouses, BI/reporting or data governance • Data migrations, system implementations or integrations This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded Data Business Analyst who can operate comfortably between business stakeholders and technical teams
