Contract Data Consultant - Consultancy (SC Cleared) Rate: £700–£850 per day (Inside IR35) Length: 6 months Initial Location: Primarily remote, with occasional workshops in London La Fosse are supporting a leading consultancy on a high-profile UK Government digital transformation programme and am looking for an experienced Shared KPIs & Scaling Digital Engagement Lead. This is a strategic delivery role focused on developing performance frameworks, driving digital transformation, and helping shape the roadmap for scaling digital engagement across a complex operational environment. Key Responsibilities • Shape data-driven transformation initiatives and translate operational challenges into practical delivery roadmaps. • Develop KPI frameworks, performance management approaches and benefits realisation plans. • Work closely with Digital, Data and Architecture teams to assess current capabilities, dependencies and future-state requirements. • Engage senior stakeholders across operational, policy, digital and data functions to build consensus and alignment. • Produce investment cases, prioritisation frameworks and implementation plans to support future capability scaling. About You • Proven experience delivering data-driven transformation within large, complex organisations. • Strong understanding of KPI design, performance management and benefits realisation. • Comfortable working alongside Digital, Data and Architecture teams. • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders. • Experience producing business cases, delivery roadmaps and prioritisation approaches. • Essential • Active SC Clearance (or eligibility with transferable active clearance).
