Contract Details
- Work Mode: Remote with occasional onsite meetings as needed
- Location: Dover, DE
- Schedule: Approximately 37 hours/week, day shift (standard business hours ending around 4:30 PM)
- Duration: 6 months from start
About the Opportunity
This role leads end-to-end analytics that drive customer conversion, funnel optimization, and revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with DBAs, ETL developers, and business stakeholders to design conversion-focused data models, ensure data quality, and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and maintain conversion-focused data models supporting analytics, experimentation, and attribution.
• Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and documentation across environments.
• Analyze customer journeys, funnel performance, and behavioral patterns to identify conversion bottlenecks.
• Conduct A/B test analysis and partner with product teams to evaluate experiment impact.
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations that influence product and business strategy.
• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks with project, business, and technical teams.
• Present insights to leadership and drive alignment on optimization initiatives.
• Identify data health and conversion risks.
• Write/review SQL queries and collaborate with ETL developers and DBAs.
Required Qualifications
• 4 years in analytics, data engineering, or BI roles with a focus on conversion, data health, or data cleanup.
• Strong understanding of data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Mode, etc.).
• Experience collaborating with ETL developers and DBAs.
• General understanding of SQL (no specific dialect required).
• Ability to turn data into actionable insights and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with Department of Labor data models, processes, and regulations.
• Experience with public-sector data.
• Experience with system integration and data validation modeling.
Work Environment
- Remote-first with occasional onsite meetings/events in Delaware; travel costs are not reimbursed.
- Security screening may be required.
