Data Coordinator – MTSS / Academic & SEL Data (Contract Position) Company: Pyramid TechLocation: Belcourt, ND (On-site + Virtual Hybrid)Contract Term: December 2025 – August 2026Compensation: Competitive; based on experience and federal wage standardsTravel: Required (36 onsite visits) About the Role Pyramid Tech is seeking a highly skilled Data Coordinator to support the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) academic and social-emotional learning (SEL) framework at Turtle Mountain Middle School. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable training staff, and able to turn complex data into meaningful insights for educators. This is a unique opportunity to drive real academic and behavioral improvements for students by building strong data systems and empowering teachers and administrators with the information they need to make effective decisions. Key Responsibilities Data Infrastructure & Systems Develop, organize, and maintain academic, behavior, and attendance data systems Integrate platforms such as FastBridge, NDA+, and other school data tools Ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of all data processes Create templates, dashboards, and reporting structures Data Analysis & Reporting Conduct ongoing analysis of academic and SEL/behavior metrics Identify trends, intervention needs, and outcome patterns Prepare monthly data reports, visualizations, and presentations Produce data sets for school improvement reporting, Cognia, and board meetings Facilitation & Collaboration Lead weekly meetings with school personnel (one onsite, one virtual) Conduct 36 onsite facilitation sessions and 36 virtual sessions Collaborate with administrators, grade-level teams, and support staff Participate in compliance-related data tasks Training & Coaching Deliver three all-staff professional development trainings (start, mid-year, end) Provide ongoing coaching on data literacy, intervention planning, and effective use of data Create weekly follow-up materials: videos, research digests, and resource guides Compliance & Safety Ensure all data handling complies with FERPA and privacy standards Successfully pass a federal background investigation Must be a U.S. citizen Maintain required immunizations and TB test Qualifications Required U.S. Citizenship (mandatory for clearance) Ability to pass a federal background check Strong experience with educational data systems, MTSS frameworks, and/or SEL initiatives Familiarity with FastBridge, NDA+, and Cognia reporting Proficiency with spreadsheets, data visualization tools, and analytics Experience training or coaching educators Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to travel to Belcourt, ND for scheduled onsite visits High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills Preferred Experience working in K–12 education settings Prior work with Native American communities or tribal schools Knowledge of data-driven instructional practices Previous experience facilitating professional development Work Schedule Weekly hybrid meetings (one in-person, one virtual) Onsite visits scheduled by the school Remote deliverables completed weekly Flexible schedule but must meet reporting and meeting deadlines Why Join Pyramid Tech?
