Senior BI Developer / Senior Data Developer 6 Week Contract ASAP Start Day rate - Outside IR35 Your new company You'll be joining a focused project team within a well-respected charity organisation that's committed to making a meaningful impact. The finance department is undergoing a crucial transformation to rebuild a fragile reporting process that has relied heavily on spreadsheets and legacy systems. This is a unique opportunity to contribute your technical expertise to a mission-driven organisation. Your new role As a Senior BI Developer / Senior Data Developer, you'll work closely with finance SMEs to understand and reconstruct their reporting workflows. You'll analyse and deconstruct Excel-based processes and SSAS Cube implementations, identify data complications, and write SQL queries that deliver actionable insights. You'll also support the integration of Dynamics AX 2012 data into a more resilient and scalable BI framework What you'll need to succeed • Strong experience with SSAS Cube technologies and multidimensional data models • Advanced SQL skills, including query writing and performance tuning • Ability to reverse-engineer and optimize Excel-based processes • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset • Experience working with finance teams and understanding financial data flows • Desirable: Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, especially in finance modules What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
