Data DevOps Engineer

Job Description: Job Title: Data DevOps Engineer Job Type: Fulltime Job Location: Santa Clara, CA Work Schedule: Hybrid 4 days onsite Description: Looking for a Data DevOps Engineer with 8+ years of experience to join the ML/AI team. Responsibilities • Work on data pipeline on various ML/AI products. • Interface with DevOps teams to build out the pipelines. • Interface with Data Scientists and Software engineers to implement new features. • Improve monitoring and debuggability of the existing pipelines. Qualifications: • Experience in setting up multitenant Spark & Kafka clusters. • Experience running infrastructure automation using Jenkins/Ansible/Terraform or similar pipelining tools. • Strong skills in at least Python, Scala or Java. • Experience in cleaning, processing, managing, analyzing & search vast collections of data. • Experience in Apache Spark, Apache Kafka and related toolset. • Some experience with database technologies, knowledge on when to use a NoSQL, a regular SQL DB or a cloud SQL DB. • Team player with the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time About Maxonic: Since 2002 Maxonic has been at the forefront of connecting candidate strengths to client challenges.
