Experience -4 to 8 years Job Description - Title: Data Enablement Consultant: Location – New Jersey- onsite Role - full time Experience - Overall experience of 4-8 years with major experience in pharma is preferred Working Type – Hybrid (once in a week from client office) Visa status: GC , USC , GC-EAD Preference for Pharma Industry experience. They already have some non pharma references but are keeping them on hold as they are looking for candidates from Pharma experience Few points in JD o  Prior experience with AWS Redshift, Databricks and Informatica o  Leverage expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Veeva CRM to support implementation, and optimization of business use cases across marketing, sales, and customer engagement From these points experience in these platforms is good in case the candidates has alternate platforms that will also be good For example, instead of AWS redshift candidate can have experience in Snowflake or Azure Synapse ·     Roles & responsibilities o  Collaborate with stakeholders to understand media and sales data requirements, develop tailored data solutions, and ensure accurate data delivery to drive informed business decisions o  Lead and coordinate data initiatives by applying project management best practices, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and successful implementation of business use cases o  Work with cross-functional teams (Brand Teams, Marketing, Analytics, Legal, IT) to align data strategies with business goals o  Drive the implementation of data-driven solutions to support both omnichannel and non-omnichannel marketing use cases, including campaign data integration, performance analytics, customer insights, and optimization of marketing effectiveness o  Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies in all data handling and consulting activities o  Conduct root cause analysis using SQL to identify data issues, uncover business drivers, and provide actionable insights for process and performance improvements o  Prior experience with working on Media Data (PLD), Sales Data (Claims, Specialty Pharmacy etc.) o  Prior experience with AWS Redshift, Databricks and Informatica o  Leverage expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Veeva CRM to support implementation, and optimization of business use cases across marketing, sales, and customer engagement
